Michael Singer Foundation

The Michael Singer Foundation (MSF), formerly known as the Bermil Foundation, Inc., is a 501(c)3 non-profit private foundation with operations primarily in Vermont and Florida. MSF was founded and funded by the artist and designer Michael Singer (1945-2024). MSF is dedicated to increasing public access to and understanding of Michael Singer’s artwork, the preservation and public display of Singer’s works, and advancing innovative design projects that promote environmental regeneration and social wellbeing. Education is integral to this work and largely occurs through partnerships and programs with educational institutions, government, and other 501(c)3 partners. MSF’s environmental programs and projects often involve innovations in science and engineering, fostered through close collaborations with non-profit partners.
